CDK Global Heavy Equipment is staffed by an experienced team of support professionals, all of whom are London, Ontario based. With support based at CDK headquarters, our team has easy access to our management and product development team. We believe this approach contributes to higher levels of customer service.

CDK Customer Service Representatives are available to answer your questions Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern).

An Emergency Support line is available from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Eastern) Monday through Friday and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM to help you with those situations that just can't wait until the morning.

Annual Release Training
Keep up with the evolutionary advancements of IntelliDealer with Annual Release Training. Each year, CDK issues a new release containing enhancements developed over the course of the year based on customer input, programming advancements for performance improvements and market trends in the equipment industry. This Annual Release Training provides your dealership with a trainer who will not only provide training on the new enhancements but install it on your server as well.

Group Training

CDK Dealership Management Conference
This conference is held biennially at a variety of locations across North America and provides educational sessions about the technology demands of the equipment distribution industry as well as awareness of the advancements of IntelliDealer. This conference also offers Dealers the opportunity to share amongst peers, present scenarios and submit suggestions to improve IntelliDealer.

CDK holds Workshops biannually near the CDK head office in London, Ontario, at the prestigious Spencer Leadership Center. These Workshops cover a number of topics from new release reviews to popular departmental modules. The small classroom setting offers more one-on-one learning while giving attendees the opportunity to discuss business practices and the influence of IntelliDealer with their peers.

Webinars are available for single dealerships who need help with a topic relating specifically to their dealership as well as for multiple Dealers and locations when the topic is of widespread interest. To keep them concise and focused, webinars cover only one topic per session.
