Parts Price Updates

Keep your parts prices current

Depending on the dollar value and volume of the parts you sell, a price update can make a significant difference in the profitability of your daily business. That’s why PFW offers a specialized service for updating your vendor Master Price files and Warranty Flat Rates. Interchange files are also available.

Using the price update files PFW receives from many major vendors on a monthly, bi-monthly, or annual basis, PFW can easily convert the files you request into a format that is completely compatible with your PFW Dealership Management System. You can have your vendors’ most current prices available, right at your fingertips!

Flat Rate Files
Receive the new flat rates for warranty work for Bobcat, Case, John Deere, and Komatsu, and load them directly into your PFW dealership management system! A simple search of the rates is reveals the exact number of hours and dollar amounts that the vendor will pay for each repair job under warranty. Searching warranty reference books to find the exact flat rate is no longer required! PFW supplies this valuable information and places it only a keystroke away!

Master Price Files
PFW will send to you the updated parts prices for any line that you are authorized to receive, such as John Deere, Case, Polaris, New Holland, Gradall, Kawasaki, Komatsu, AGCO, Bobcat, and Caterpillar. If we don’t currently receive price files from one of your vendors, and the vendors provide these files, we can easily add them to our list. Price updates include new List prices and Net prices for all vendors’ parts, as well as other important information.

Upon receiving your verification for the files, we will make them available for download from the Members Only Extended Service Site within 24 hours, or send them to you in the appropriate format -- diskette, 1/4-inch, or 8-mm tape.

Interchange Files
On an annual basis, PFW offers an extensive Interchange Database. Providing multi-manufacturer information on seals, bearings, belts and filters, as well as several other parts, the Interchange Files give you valuable parts cross-referencing information from within the PFW Sales Orders and Parts invoicing screens. Information can be exchanged in both directions in these screens, and is provided as “to vendor” and “from vendor” part numbers—making the PFW cross-referencing feature superior to the other single-direction files supplied by most other vendors! Remote locations connected to your IBM server can access cross-reference information too!
