Business Objects' Crystal Reports is a reporting package so powerful, Business Objects is confident enough to name it the "world-standard" enterprise reporting package.
Reports can send powerful messages to business managers: they dictate trends, put into perspective the kind of business the company is doing, and help drive critical business decisions. A report writer that can extract your dealership's "mission-critical" information in the most effective and productive way, and which allows you to format your reports using the well-known “drag and drop” interface, as well as incorporate graphics, color, and graphing capabilities is worth taking a look at.
Business Objects' Crystal Reports is a reporting package so powerful that Business Objects is confident enough to name it the “world-standard” enterprise reporting package. Business Objects maintains that -- large or small -- all organizations can benefit from this extremely flexible product. PFW agrees.
When any field in the entire PFW dealership management system can be selected, sorted, and reports formatted to look exactly the way you want, produced when you want, and distributed in almost any format you want, PFW sees significant benefit to our customers who want to get the most out of their business system.
Available Reports
In order to complement the reporting capability of IntelliDealer, the Members Only Extended Service Site
at www.pfw.com/members (Contact PFW
Support for access) contains a library of Crystal Reports queries created by PFW and its customers.
Each report entry contains a description of the report, the report itself, a PDF version of the output
and a PDF file that describes the structure of the report.
Existing reports may be imported into Crystal Reports, and any report may be exported to familiar formats such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
On the Web
Ever wish you could put reports out on the Web for all of your employees to see or to share your information
among branch managers? Reports created with Crystal Reports can be exported to your company intranet
with the five named user demo version of Crystal Reports Enterprise. When exported, the report format
is never compromised; reports can be viewed on any web browser, running on any operating system.
Designing Your Own Reports
Need a Crystal Reports Consultant?
PFW is dedicated to providing our clients with the best in Crystal Reports consulting services. Drawing upon our years of software development and our knowledge of Dealership Management, we have established a premier Crystal Reports consulting group.
Whether your needs involve simple report creation or a complete enterprise-wide reporting solution, PFW can provide the expertise and insight necessary to ensure that your extended business reporting needs are completely satisfied.
Often, companies become mired in the complexity of sophisticated report development and lack the in-house expertise to find a solution. PFW specializes in Crystal Reports development. In addition to our Crystal Reports development expertise, our report writers bring another crucial skill to the report writing table: experience. We have experience with virtually every major database product currently in use, whether it be mainframe, server or locally-based.
And because of our data integration capabilities, we bring another dimension to report development that literally doesn't exist within most consulting firms -- the ability to create reports from multiple data sources gathered from every far-flung corner of your enterprise.
We invite you to submit an outline of a report that you need from your PFW Dealer Management System. Our consultants will review your request and respond with an approach, development time, and a fair price quotation. You will be under no obligation to use our services. Hopefully, PFW will be able to compile a library of public domain reports along with resaleable applications that would allow you to recover your investment from other PFW users.
Custom ReportsWe have enjoyed Crystal Reports immensely — since really getting the hang of
it, we have found that there is virtually nothing in the PFW System for which we cannot write and
design a report.![]()
