Available Reports
In order to complement the reporting capability of IntelliDealer, the Members Only Extended Service Site at www.pfw.com/members (Contact PFW Support for access) contains a library of Crystal Reports queries created by PFW and its customers. Each report entry contains a description of the report, the report itself, a PDF version of the output and a PDF file that describes the structure of the report.

Existing reports may be imported into Crystal Reports, and any report may be exported to familiar formats such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.

On the Web
Ever wish you could put reports out on the Web for all of your employees to see or to share your information among branch managers? Reports created with Crystal Reports can be exported to your company intranet with the five named user demo version of Crystal Reports Enterprise. When exported, the report format is never compromised; reports can be viewed on any web browser, running on any operating system.

• Page-on-demand access lets users view and download just the page they are interested in seeing.
• Queries can be created from remote locations that may also be saved in Crystal Report format.

Designing Your Own Reports

• Any field in the PFW dealership management system can be selected for a report by a simple click of the mouse. If a particular field doesn't exist for the information you'd like to show on your report, then the field can be created using the advanced Crystal Reports Formula Editor.
• Reports you create can be as simple or as complex as you require.
