With the release of the PFW IntelliDealer Purchase Order system, PFW has taken another step ahead.
The PFW IntelliDealer Purchase Order system helps you efficiently manage your acquisition of equipment, fixed assets and miscellaneous items such as office supplies, computer equipment and furniture. As an integrated part of your business solution, it also allows you to create purchase orders that integrate with PFW IntelliDealer’s Accounts Payable module (as well as other parts of the system), further increasing your dealership’s efficiency and workflow processes.
Beyond its ability to allow purchase orders to be created, approved, ordered, managed, receipted and reconciled, the PFW IntelliDealer Purchase Order system also boasts the following new features that were not available in previous systems:
- Ability to e-mail a PO
- Ability to add base & options from within the PO screen
- Create purchase orders for your rental fleet
- Ability to print an equipment label from within the PO screen
- Access to the PO system from the equipment menu
- Ability to create a PO for a used piece of equipment
- Ability to load the Rental Category/Class/Sub-class for equipment
