PFW Password - Fall 2008Created to provide our customers with a single, easily-accessible online portal to the world of the PFW IntelliDealer Dealership Management System, www.intellidealer.com has everything you need to know about the past, present and future of PFW IntelliDealer.

Originally introduced in 2005, IntelliDealer.com showcases a wide variety of information that is divided into three sections: Product Information, Demos / Training and News & Updates. Throughout the sections, you’ll find everything from demonstration videos to PDF overviews to valuable help resources designed to let you get the most out of PFW IntelliDealer. Follow along with Ross Atkinson, PFW Vice President, System Architecture and Product Design, as he points out some of the highlights of IntelliDealer.com:

1. How it all fits together
This informative PDF contains a breakdown of each of the applications that make up PFW IntelliDealer and highlights the specific modules and features within each application.

2. Financial Management, Customer Care,
Product Support and Management Central
Also available on www.PFW.com, the information contained in these sections offers a more detailed overview of each of the applications that make up PFW IntelliDealer, both as web pages and downloadable PDFs.

3. Marketing
Make sure to check out “Beginner’s Marketing Part 1: Saying Thank You with PFW IntelliDealer” in the Summer 2008 edition of PFW Password for a tutorial on how to use this content along with PFW IntelliDealer’s Marketing module.
