PFW and ADP’s Strategic Alliance: Now You Have a Choice

August 10, 2007 - If you haven’t already heard, PFW Systems Corporation is announcing that we have formed a Strategic Heavy Equipment Alliance with ADP Dealer Services. Specifically, we will be working alongside the ADP Automotive Retail Group (ARG), which has considerable experience serving a market very similar to our own,
the automotive industry. In fact, the ADP ARG serves 21 of the top-25 Global 1000 Automotive Companies. We are excited about this Alliance and what it means to our position as the leading Dealership Management System provider in the equipment industry – and what it means to you.

What the Alliance means is that those Dealers using IntelliDealer will now be able to choose between the traditional route of having it hosted on-site on an IBM System i5 server or the new option of having it hosted remotely in an Application Service Provider (ASP) environment at ADP’s state-of-the-art Data Centers. Quite simply, it gives you a choice… and is just another example of the strides we have taken to provide you with world-class customer service and the tools you need to gain a competitive advantage
in your marketplace.

What the Alliance does not mean is a change in the way you have to manage your day-to-day relationship with PFW or your Dealership Management System. Unless you want to make the switch to having your solution hosted remotely in an ASP environment, our Alliance will not affect your business in any way.

We are exceedingly proud to be able to offer a new way of delivering IntelliDealer as a complement to our other products and services. We feel this new solution anticipates and meets the changing needs of our customers and gives those who would like to have someone else take care of their IT issues a new option to consider. We are also proud of the company we have built and the relationships we will continue to personally foster. The Alliance is simply a way by which we can give you, our valued customer, another choice when it comes to managing your business.

In the coming weeks and months, PFW and ADP will begin jointly marketing this solution as “PFW IntelliDealerASP”.  If you have any questions about how this solution works, how it compares to hosting IntelliDealer on an on-site server or even about any of our other products or services, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
