PFW Password - Winter 2001/02 In early December, Case New Holland hosted the first New Holland Dealer trade fair in St. Louis, Missouri. Dealers from across the country attended the week-long event. In addition to the classroom seminars and general business sessions, there was an active trade show floor with more than 200 exhibitors offering every kind of product and service an equipment dealer could need.
At the show, PFW demonstrated Management Central, the latest tool in information analysis for managers. Customers and prospects alike took turns test-driving this one-of-a-kind application. With little or no training, dealership personnel are able to access critical data that helps them make informed decisions. From basic accounting information and call profiles to equipment analysis and work in process, Management Central is an easy-to-use, easy-to-navigate system for managers.
Comments received about Management Central included: "This is where we need to go." "Now that's the way I need to see information." and "Now I can get it myself when I want instead of asking someone else to print out reports for me." There is no doubt that every dealer could see the value in Management Central and all agreed this was the right direction for the future - no screen scraping or promises of a new GUI system. This is a real user friendly, information-centric system that leverages off existing systems.
The theme of this year's trade fair was "Positioned for Success." Management Central and the PFW Dealership Management System are positioned to play a critical part in ensuring the success and continued profitability of New Holland dealers.
